The office staff at the practice are rude, unwelcoming and inconsiderate to parents and their children. Checking out after your appointment is the worst. It must be a miserable place to work too because you rarely see the same desk staff. After 4 years, I sought out another pediatrician. Its a shame but the rudeness of the staff drove me away from good doctors.
