Let me tell you a few things about DNM Contracting. First of all, we were screwed around by this company Service First and then a company named Serv Pro of New Cumberland. We fired Service First but stayed with Serv Pro for one reason, DNM Contracting, INC. Mickey spent countless hours on the phone with us and with us at our house that was all but heavily damaged. Mark from Serv Pro was great but Serv Pro,the company he worked for was awful. Their owner was screaming at Mickey on the phone one day because he was not getting his 20% profit on our job because Mickey knew our budget was tight and trying to save us money.
DNM Contracting earned our respect and loyalty and Serv Pro was fortunate to have them as their contractor. Recently, we learned that DNM Contracting cut the ties with Serv Pro and it is the best choice for DNM Contracting as you can't mix class with trash.
We are still in an ongoing fight with Service first for improper billing of services and the unfortunate thing is that we signed a contract with Serv Pro of New Cumberland. The only contractor that will work on our house or that we would ever recommend is DNM Contracting. Even though we aren't even ready for them to start yet, their patience, guidance, advice and customer service is above and beyond the call of duty. We have seen their work and is by far the best out there. 5 star thanks guys.

I have used DNM for numerous projects and will never use any one else to do any work on my house. They are reasonably priced, and do a great job with high quality results. They are very easy to work with and they are very honest with their assessments and pricing.

We contracted with DNM Contracting Inc to finish our basement and we couldn't be more happy with the results! Mickey, Jesse and the team did such an amazing job. DNM contracting installed a dishwasher in my home. They even had to remodle my cabinets to make the dishwasher fit in the space I wanted. They all did a fantasic job! I couldn't be happier. They were all very polite, quick and cleaned up so nicely after. One gentleman even stuck around to give me ideas on remodling my kitchen and bathroom. I will be calling DNM contracting for all of my remodling neeeds.

Following a flood that completely destroyed our house, I hired DNM and Service Master for clean-up and rebuild. It is nearly impossible to find the type of customer service like you get from DNM. They are patient, thorough, helpful and just around good people. DNM along with their employees are ever professional and do beautiful work. They aren't quite finished with our house yet but they have already made the house feel like a home again. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

When our house got hit by a 100 foot oak tree in May 2011, we had a contractor that could not seem to get started so after almost 3 weeks, we looked for another contractor that had good reviews, (DNM.) From there on it was Micky to the rescue! DNM came in and gave us a full review and estimate within 2 days. They started working with the insurance company and started on the house within the first week. They took the hassle out of dealing with insurance, permits and the utilities company. And, the owners give you personal attention during the entire build process. I would recommend DNM to anyone who's looking for a good trustworthy contractor.

I have never seen a more beautiful kitchen than that of DNM Contracting's owner, Micki Rapp. After we saw his kitchen, we were sold and DNM gave us a kitchen to die for. Tremendous quality and workmanship. Jessie and Micki were patient with us and helped us through the process. They gave us things in our kitchen that we would have never thought of and their prices were very very good. Not the cheapest but they gave us superior quality products, appliances and were great to work with through the process.

DNM was a blessing, we did not have to get different contractors in and they went above and beyond in restoring my kitchen. Mickey took care of everything and I didn't have to make numerous calls or miss work at all. I highly recommend them!

DNM Contracting, INC did our addition at our house. We talked to several area builders before we finally decided on DNM. They are true to their word "Affordability without compromise". They did a great job and gave us a ton of extras that others were charging us an arm and a leg for. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend. We are using them for our inground pool in a few weeks as well as our pavillion and pool deck.

We went and visited 2 kitchens they did where they converted 2 old kitchens to a work of art. We were quite impressed. We were determined we wanted Kraftmaid cabinets because of their quality and they saved all of us a ton of money over the box stores because they are a direct dealer for Kraftmaid and they eliminate the middle man. What you pay is what you get. Funny story but we went to buy appliances and Mickey referred us to his dealer. We saved $2600 on an entire house of appliances buy using his recommendation. Their people that they use for their tile, granite, stone and trim work are out of this world. We referred them to 3 of our friends for additions, new builds and a basment/rec room.

We had our home built by DNM Contracting, INC on a recommendation from a friend. What a friend! They not designed the plans for our house but in the end made it a home. Our house is almost 5800 square feet and there was nothing but top notch construction throughout. We would have never imagined what seemed like a dream on paper could come to life like it did. We had quotes for anywhere from $70,000 - $150,000 more but DNM did not only save us money but the also did not charge us for items that some of the builders wanted too. We did a Geo thermal system and all granite throughout, hardwood, tile, etc and the were still cheaper than the next lowest bid. They worked within our time line. We have heard horror stories of people building house but seeing that they deal direct with a lot of the companies and no middle man, it was a fun and enjoyable experience. They also were able to get us financing and a beeter construction note as they work directly with Susquehanna and Metro.

We are happy to rate them no less than 5 stars.
