My appointment was at noon . Not the time I requested but one that worked for them. I received an auto-generated text and email confirming my appointment. I waited until 1:00 and then had to run an errand. The salesman called at 1:16 and said he would be there in 20 minutes. I said that I wasn't at home. He said he got hung up with another client. I asked why he couldn't text?
