Can't even return a phone call! It's been 2 months! Horrible service! Do not trust them with your rental properties!

I rented a property from AGI Real Estate Services, not only do they do a horrible job of maintaining their property, but they never are interested in doing repairs. When the water heater broke on a Friday, Cynthia stated “it was not an emergency, and I happen to know Harrisburg city water is 50 degrees.” We didn’t have hot water till Wednesday. I would be surprised if the place we rented should have been condemned. Also, beware if you do rent from them, they rent the property “as is”, meaning they never paint a place or do any maintenance prior to your move in. Trying to get someone on the phone was a chore. They never return phone calls, even when you go to the office, no one is ever there or will return your calls. Cynthia was very rude and argumentative whenever there was a problem. They did the move out inspection without me there, and told me since I couldn’t make it to the scheduled time they went ahead and did it. There was never even was a time scheduled. I still have not received my move-out inspection or my $1,000.00 security deposit a month after I moved out.

WORST RENTAL MANAGEMENT . Never responded for my message for almost 3 months. Trying to get my renewed lease aggrement & montly rents. never got so far.

Do not use this company for property management. They rented my home out on 9/1 and here it is 11/2 and I have not received $1 from the property. I spoke with Cindy, the broker, and completely talked down to me and talked to me like an idiot. I am a very successful business man. She would cute me off at every turn and not let me say anything. Only after the conflict and her trying to humiliate me, did she then say they could disburse me the money owed to me. I will not be renewing their service. Even after telling Cynthia that she is backing up all of the multiple complaints about her online, she continued with her rude demeanor. Do not use this company.

Do not trust this company. You will easily get hooked with the soft spoken Assistant the "sacraficial lamb" the company lets you deal with, everything will be perfect until you ask for the rents from the units they are managing. Cynthia and her assistant will handle everything and charge you for things that do not get done. But they are sweet as long as you keep paying and never ask for YOUR MONEY! I suggest everyone make a complaint to the Business integrity commission and the better business bureau, their behavior, the money they take and the aggravation they cause is unnacceptable. This business needs to be looked at a little more seriously. If you are looking for a property manager RUN clear from this one, you will NEVER see a penny from your rentals unless you fight with them constantly then you will see a portion of what is yours of course MONTHS after it was collected. Excuses for months run from ilnesses to audits to insanity.... Do yourself a favor and pick another company. They are rude, very difficult to get a hold of and will never pay you the money they collect.

Cynthia is horrible and I repeat horrible,my ceeling fell in my dining room and this was in may agi did not fix until September and only because I was expecting my third baby the next month and got codes involved they fixed the problem...they make things the tenets fault and always falsely accuse you of things u have no fault of....if I only knew before I moved in what this mess was about I would have ran the opposite way quick fast and in a hurry...can't wait til March lease is up

Horrible...DO NOT RENT THROUGH AGI. PERIOD. they take their time coming to fix your problems. Cynthia is a horrible person speak with even be a manager at agi. SWEARING AT YOU. MAKING ASSUMPTIONS BECAUSE PEOPLE HAVE SECTION 8. JUST NO SORT OF PROFFESSIONALISM WHAT SO EVER. HATE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM.

Cynthia at AGI was nice to work with initially, tho over time her true colors have shown. The office on 2nd st is very difficult to work with. Cynthia has cursed, screamed ect on numerios occasions for no reason. When you as the Tenant has issues it takes the long to respond & then it's fliped like the tenant has somehow caused damage to the property. There have benn issues where my rent was paid well before the first & it was somehow "magically" intered into their systems as received after the 5th so that they can apply late fees. When you move out of s property a magical list of things wrong aprear (you don't get your deposit back). If you are a consumer looking for an apartment or home...LOOK Elsewhere!!!!!! Let this review of the terrible services myselef & my family have received sway you! If I had one word to describe Ms. Cynthia & AGI........ Horrible

I rented from AGI for several years. As long as I paid my rent on time, everything was fine. But when things went wrong in the house it was like pulling teeth to get any assistance. The representatives were always short with me over the phone, and Cynthia has yelled at me several times. But of course they are always nice when you visit the office to pay your rent! I would advise everyone against this company. They talk a good game about trying to assist you, but do not. I could go on for days about them, but am just glad that I no longer have to associate with them. Mean and Nasty people never prosper!
