Did a funeral with them about two years ago and it was a disappointment at best. The people who own or manage the business are young and kind of unskilled at some of the functions - such as writing obituaries, setting up agendas for the service, arranging outside help and support, communicating with the local newspapers. They did do a good job of preparing the body. You have to micro-manage them to get it right and to get it done on time. I'm not sure what you are paying for with the large fees but you don't get your money's worth.
