I took 3pr of jeans this morning,8:10 AM.she said, to pick up next day after 5pm? we always P/U that same evening, lady said we never have same day pick up!!! we have been going there for 2yrs picking up our clothes after 5pm the same day! and she was very Rude about it too..... M Nunn

I took my daughters pageant dress to have it pressed. The lady treated me like I was an idiot for having it done. She then told me the price was 9.75, with the comment "just to let you know, it's expensive" like she was judging my money status.
