Since 1990, South Central Steel Inc. has been providing fabricated structural steel to the industrial and commercial construction industry. Based in Harpersville, Ala., the company offers a wide array of services, including detailing and engineering, budget estimates, structural-steel fabrication, miscellaneous steel, stairs, handrails, plate cutting and steel erection. South Central Steel Inc. has worked on industrial structures, state and federal government facilities, retail construction, schools, medical facilities and commercial buildings. Its list of completed projects includes Georgia Military College New Prep School, Holly Hill Psychiatric Medical Ctr., Woodward Academy Athletic Center, Lake Grandbury Medical Center and First Baptist Church of Gulfport.
