DONT GO TO LENS CRAFTERS ANY WHERE. I am very upset with the lenght of time it takes to recieve glasses . Now I was told they had a problem in the lab and the lenses broke . I explainde that my daughter really need her glasses . I was told they would put a rush on the order . Also I don't understand why you must pay in full to get your glasses . Most eye glass places will you pay hald to order glasses and the other half when you pick them up . I paid in full and was going to get the extra insurance , but not now . I was going to schedule appointment for myself . But I will never return there or to any Lens Crafters . Nor will I recommend anyone to go to any Lens Crafters . This it not how anyone should be treated . I called al,ost everyday and some sale people are ready and sounded upset because I was calling . I was not contact that the glasses are broken and now will take even longer . This is unbelieveable . AGAIN I WILL NEVER VIAIST ANY LENS CRAFTERS EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOOMMEND ANYONE . Stay far away unless you plan on spending at least 2 hours here. This place was slow to start, especially for being incredibly empty. There are only 2 exam rooms and one place to sit for contact fittings. Other than the optometrist, the employees here seem like they couldn't care less, don't know what they are doing, and are unprofessional. I wouldn't go here if they paid me to come back.
