On 5/30/2014 I was overcharged $386 for a root canal. I became aware of this in early June and called the office inquiring about the refund. I was advised that they had not yet received the insurance payment mailed on 6/16/2014, but would refund the overcharged amount when the check was received and was advised that it could take 10-30 days for the refund. I called on or about 07/11/2014 (no answer) and then again on 07/14/2014. I was told that they would process a refund on my Credit Card and was assured the refund was processed on 07/15/2014. As of 07/28/2014, I have not received the refund.
