I went to this car wash over the weekend had moved my stuff that I had in my car like a baby blanket and a folder with important papers. When I went to get the blanket later that evening the blanket was gone and so was the folder. I had to wait the next day to call no answers. I went out there to ask about the missing items..they had no idea what I was talking about I remember the people that were working that day. Never go there again..

I am a loyal customer, and have been for quite some time. I recently went to get my car washed, and by accident my mats were placed in someone else's car. I was told that I would be called for a reimbursement, and was never called. I had to call and when I did so, the manager (a lady) was very rude, spoke over me, did not listen to my concerns, and it was a huge inconvenience. I do enjoy taking my car here, but if the owner can't even own up to her staff's mistakes and is rude to her customers, I do not see her business being very successful. I was yelled at, spoken down to, and inconvenienced....lesson learned!
