THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE HARLINGEN TEXAS LOCATION. I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL TOYOTA'S AND ALSO OWN A LEXUS-- Recently purchased my mothers 2000 Avalon (which was kept in her garage)-with only 26,000 miles. Needed to drive the car from Harlingen Texas to San Antonio Texas. Took the in to make sure it was in good working order. Specifically asked them to check tires (including spare). Charge me $99 for this inspection and told me I needed more service in excess of $1000-(took my car to a local San Antonio dealer-said it was in perfect shape.) Had a flat the very next day, service truck said all tires were at 50psi (should be 32psi) and the spare was also flat. Service truck replaced a valve and filled the spare.Went back to the dealer and asked for a credit, since they did not do the service I requested. I was told the manager would call me back, never got call. Called 3 more times, never got a call back.
