BEWARE of this place! Do not go here without insisting on knowing their charges before your treatment upfront! My teenage daughter had a minor problem with her knee, for which GVH Sports Medicine Center was suggested (no surgery or other interventions required). She rode a stationary bike, did supervised exercises with a ball and bands, and had her knee taped a few times. We thought the bill would be reasonable, right? We never received a walkout statement and were NEVER informed of the charges. They insisted on seeing her three times per week, which I thought was excessive. NINE visits into treatment, we got our first EOB ... 9 visits cost $5000!!
Of course we complained, but it fell on money-hungry deaf ears. My "usual" therapist estimated that this treatment should have cost about $1K.
Here is the kicker... I am a dentist in town who deals with procedures and insurances every day --- I am appalled at GVH. I would not be able to sleep at night if I ran my practice in this manner.

From the first visit I felt so comfortable with the whole staff . Everyone of the therapists were professional, friendly, compassionate and dedicated to each and everyone of their patients! I have had help with my back, had both of my knees replaced and I could not have been in a better environment to recover.They really are special people who take the time to make sure you are properly prepared for the long term, not just getting you in and out. My knees could not feel better and I will never forget them for they have a special place in my heart! I would recommend these special people to anyone for sure! Sincerely Bob Kearney.
