Whatever you do...do not purchase anything from Furniture Row, especially a warranty! They instructed me to go through the Great White Bottling, Inc. in order to file a claim on a bedroom set that I got there. So after sending the warranty company pictures and my purchase order, I was told that 5-6 weeks later is when the actual repair would take place. Two days shy of 9 weeks with no communication I called the warranty company, had to leave a message. I then decided to call Furniture Row. I spoke with AJ, the department manager, who had the parts for the furniture repair and had no idea who or what they were for. After he asked me to lower my voice (I was frustrated), I asked him why exactly did I go through the warranty company to file the claim if he was the one to order the parts and would then make the repair. He gave no clear answer and I still have to wait to get my repairs. Go somewhere else!

I love this furniture, they help you in anything that you need, also the prices are cheap. Every time they had a customer appreciation and they give away every 90 minutes the opportunity to win a prizes. By the end of the night the big prize a big tv 60"inch and I won that by September 24.
