The first time we left our cats and dogs here, we thought it looked great--free time in a big fenced field for every dog who wanted it, a sunny room for cats, clean kennels, and animal-loving people. We were disappointed that the staff never gave our dog the treat we left for her to have mid-visit, but still left our pets there again a few months later. This time, the animals didn't seem so happy. One of our cats had been peed on, presumably by another cat, as she's fastidious at home and that's never happened elsewhere. Our dog didn't seem to have enjoyed herself as much, either. Both times, the staff seemed to relate better to animals than people--which was actually fine with us--but the second time the interaction really rubbed us the wrong way. Our animals were healthy and safe but not happy when we picked them up, and we decided to find a different kennel next time.
