At New River Transmission we strive to supply the highest quality product with the best value to our customer. In response to Trey C. review. NRT was sent a 1986 4 wheel drive truck from a local buy here pay here dealer. NRT was paid for a 30 day warranty which the customer far exceeded. The vehicle was picked up at NRT's expense two times and it was obvious on both occasions vehicle had been subjected to major abuse. The owner requested money back even though he had never paid anything to this company. I at the approval of the used dealer returned the 500.00 which was paid to NRT from the selling dealer. And this was done outside of the 30 day warranty the dealership had received. It is unfortunate that this vehicle repair was not effective but NRT provided a financial settlement in this case which is a option within the warranty provided but was done as I stated well outside of the warranty window.
