Established in 1994, Corn Maiden Foods Inc. develops and sells a diverse line of gourmet tamales created with Native American recipes from the Southwest. Located at Harbor City, Calif., the company offers a variety of hand-made and hand-tied tamales in the categories, such as cheese, vegan, seafood, poultry and meat.
