I would highly recommend the program. My son went on a trial basis to see if he liked it and he loved it. That was three years ago. He is now a black belt, in excellent physical condition, it has improved his confidence and is an excellent way to burn up some of that extra energy boys seem to have. The only knock is that the instructors have changed several times and my hope is that they keep the current instructors, it is a great team.

Very poor customer service. Lost my job 8 months ago and despite numerous phone calls, emails and letters they refuse to stop billing us for a service we are no longer using. Now they have sent "the bill" to a collection agency. What bill, we haven't taken classes in months.
