      Falsified checkout forms, skipped work

      I've used this location before for alignment and intake cleaning - with excellent results. Everyone was professional and proud of their work.I took my van in on 10/8/2012 for a tire rotation and oil change. As part of the lifetime alignment, they also checked and re-aligned the wheels. The checkout sheet claimed I had 35 psi in all 4 tires and that all fluids were "good". This is odd since the last sheet I have from this location did not have all fluids as good, and I haven't touched anything other than oil and coolant. Plus, when I came in my tires were at 42 PSI.Concerned that they lowered the PSI, I checked and found that 3 of my tires were at 42, and only the new one (full-size spare) was 35 psi. This indicates not only that tire pressure wasn't checked, but that the technician lied about it and falsified the checkout sheet. I called to inform them of this oversight and the response was "what do you want us to do about it?" Being that the bare minimum a tire shop needs to be able to do is check and fill tire pressures equally, I can't trust this place anymore and will need to find a new location.

      Great shop for automotive repairs!

      I cannot speak for the past, but I have been to this location recently and the service was exception and the individuals at the counter presented themselves in a very professional manner. The work that was performed was done to perfection and they even suggested I wait to have some of the work I requested done as the cost would outweigh the benefit to the vehicle.

      I took my Ford Focus to this Firestone location a few times and have been more than satisfied with the service and the customer service that I have received. Being a single lady and relying on a place to help me out is a huge deal for me. Thanks guys for all your hard work.Kathy
