I highly recommend Heritage Kennels. Over the years our dogs have been groomed at Dawns. They are wonderful with the animals and my two dogs get very excited when I take them there. They always look great! We also board our dogs several times a year. They take wonderful care of boarded animals and I have never had a problem. We have had dogs for over 30 years and this is the best place we have been. Thanks for the wonderful care you provide our dogs

We have a 75 pound Chessie and she is a bundle of energy with hard to work with fur. The other groomers we had been to just did not know how to deal with her fur. She would come home looking like a big frizzball! This groomer is excellent and our dog comes home silky, soft, and extremely happy! She is well-cared for when she is in their care and I never have to worry about her. They treat her with so much kindness and caring. We have been using Heritage for over 3 years and we would never think about going anywhere else. Great for kennelling a dog as well!

We have had our dogs groomed here for several years. It has always been a good experience, which was not true with our last groomer.

I have used Dawn's Grooming since 1999 and have been extremely happy with her and her grooming staff. We now have two dogs and my youngest dog is not the friendliest to be handled but Dawn handles him just fine, and I can always rely on her to give them a good grooming and, most of all, that they are safe in her hands.

first off id like to say to the first reveiw, that when your dog is done being groomed, theyre put in crates until you pick them up. perhaps your dog urinated on himself after he was already groomed while he was waiting for you to come get him and they may not have noticed it.. honest mistake. its unlikely they would send a dog home like that on purpose. and maybe if you opened your mouth they would have offered to re-groom him.. secondly id like to say that ive tried many other groomers and none of them do a great as a job. my dogs fur is always silky soft and he smells good for weeks! i also board my dog there when i go on vacation and he cant wait to get in the door when i arrive and sometimes when i pick him up he barely seems excited to see me. their kennel is very clean & sanitary and the staff is always polite. ive seen the employees at heritage kennels interact with the animals and they treat them as their own. im glad i can enjoy my vacation knowing my dog is in good hands!!

I don't know what happened to this lady but she used to be good.The last time I got my dog groomed by her she was covered in urine.Needless to say, I won't be going back there.
