I do not know what has happened here-if the restaurant has undergone ownership changes or what-but I will NEVER do business with them again after tonight, and I have ordered pizza from them for many years. I called and ordered a Cheese Pizza, with extra Cheese-somehow this was was lost in the translation, and what arrived was the worst order of Cheese Sticks I have ever tried to eat. They were in fact so greasy that it was seeping through the bottom of the box. Well I tried to just suck it up and eat it, although it wasn't what I had ordered, but it was just so greasy, and had way too much garlic on it. I called to tell them of the error, and not only did he refuse to do anything about the fact that the order was wrong in the first place, the owner wouldn't even stand behind the product he DID send me when I told the person on the phone of how greasy it was etc. He did NOTHING! Just stuck me with a greasy mess I couldn't even eat! Further, he never even bothered to come to the phone to address the issue, he spoke through the employee answering the phone. I will not spend another penny there. *NOTE-THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS BUSINESS EVEN ONE STAR AT THIS POINT, IS BECAUSE I HAD TO BY DEFAULT!

Horrible customer service. Screwed up 3 pizzas on a $70 order. My sister n law eats there once a week. They refused to correct the order bc "they are a small business and can't afford to give pizza away." Well we can't afford to waste $70 on pizza we aren't going to eat. We will never eat here again.
