We are over 5 years in New home,still waiting after several requsts for our 11 month review. Here is list ,broken siding hidden on back side of house,Bilco doors need paint,dead bolts don't line up,patio door dont lock properly,carpet has rolled in several locations, hole in wall of shelving,baseboards Falling off, thin paint in spots,bathroom fixture came out of shower,.....and after we secured loan he miss calculated and we had to find 50,000.so not happy!!!
