After having many birthday parties in this area..this was the most disappointing place! Practically run by teenagers..hostess was no where to be found..always had to look for someone...filled out survey after party and gave bad reviews..not a single word to me as they reviewed my report as I paid, only to get a thank you card in mail with no mention of my bad experience...not even a phone call. So, not sure what the point of the survey was if they won't acknowledge the survey. Never had a problem with any other business in my 13 yrs of birthday parties with my children...I had to serve the kids the cold pizza and drinks, and the cake, and no hostess was in sight...and with past experiences at other places, the hostess would write the names of ppl giving gifts...served all food, drinks and cake..sang happy birthday ...not at this place! VERY DISAPPOINTING! Staff needs training in customer service.
