I was quite happy with the service. As a visitor, on my next trip, I will definitely request a car with a GPS, as I got lost on my destination to Delaware (my error). I returned the car to one of the Delaware locations without a hitch. Thank you, Enterprise...I will surely be using your services again.

I recently flew into BW airport and rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I had rented an Enterprise car on a recent visit to Chicago and was very impressed with the courtesy and quality service provided. I thought to myself that Enterprise/Chicago/Midway was really a good facility, good management. I was very pleased to have the same experience when in Baltimore, ease of picking up and returning vehicle. Fast courteous service and a clean well maintained vehicle. All good at both locations. I feel strongly that regardless of what city you rent from, you will always be more than satisfied renting from Enterprise. Keep up the good work
