Thornton Terrace Health Campus offers a wide range of assisted living and skilled nursing services and is located in Hanover, Ind. It offers a variety of services, such as restaurant-style dining, scheduled transportation, weekly housekeeping and linen service, personalized wellness programs and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. The center also offers skilled nursing services that include cardiac and orthopedic recovery, vascular and wound management, stroke recovery and intravenous therapy. Additionally, the center offers transitional and long-term care and day health services for adults. Thornton Terrace Health Campus is a part of the Trilogy Health Services that provides housing and health care services to older adults.
