So suprised! Empressive! I had a broken spring and they came the same day to fix it. They also gave me a discount since I was an existing customer. They adjusted my door and my opener at no additional charge! They are so in tune with the customer and their needs.
Highly recommend. The tech Brian was clean, professional and detailed. He took his time to make sure I understood how my new door and opener work. He even showed me how to open my door when the power goes out. I think companies like Mid Cities are becoming harder and harder to find these days.
They kept their appoinment, they were very pleasant, and they beat everyone else's prices even Lowe's and Home Depot.
