My Dad had his septic tank cleaned by fox's and told me that they were very good to deal with so I needed my tank cleaned and gave them a call! The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful as well She told me when the truck would be here and it was! Two men got out and checked out the situation and were courteous, They went to work and did a Excellent Job! I as well as My Dad were very satisfied with the service and will recommend to all friends and family!

They came to snake out a sewer line at my house 5 weeks ago. In the process they busted my line my wastewater bill was $105 this month. When I called them I politely explained to the lady what had happened, she said " that's impossible but I'll have 1 of the guys call you". I've left at least 5 messages since with no reply. I can't imagine somebody doing business this way and keeping the doors open. At any rate there's my experience with fox septic. SEVERE buyers remorse and a terrible taste in my mouth. :(
