i agree with the previous review. Its always fast, hot and fresh and drivers are always nice (yes, high but nice) :) my husband also complained about something once (something small) and the manager ended up calling him back and going off on my husband. He said the same thing, "calm down man, i was just trying to get some free breadsticks or something." lol

love their new line of sandwiches and pizza's; always hot and fresh; delivery guys are always nice, high but nice; manager is rude if you make a small complaint though; jeez don't take it so personal, everyone makes mistakes, i just want free stuff lol
