150 miles into a 1200 mile road trip, my daughter & I broke down outside of Hancock, Md. we were in route from New Jersey to Iowa. I was nervous that we would be taken advantage of, as we were out of state & had no idea what was wrong with our car. Our car was towed to Roland's Garage & we were VERY pleasantly surprised that they fixed our car within a few hours & DID NOT over charge us. After I received the price from Rolands, I immediately called my mechanic at home, told him the situation & he verified that this was a fair & reasonable price for the work that needed to be done. It's very nice to know, that in a time when you're at the mercy of strangers, they treated you honestly & fairly. Rolands even came to the hotel we stayed in & picked us up when the car was completed. We were forced to stay overnight as the car broke down on a Sunday morning. Roland's had us back on the road early Monday morning. I HIGHLY recommend this business to everyone. HONEST & PROFESSIONAL!!
