Dr. Ridley is an excellent cardiologist BUT getting a refill on prescriptions is a challenge of the highest order. I called for a refill on Monday and it is Friday and no refill order has been submitted. My previous request for a refill more than six months ago has yet to be completed. I think it is due to poor staff performance!

The concierge is less than friendly. Is it wrong to have questions about my own health? She seemed exasperated that I called again just because I had some questions to see whether or not I needed a test. You wouldn't want to waste your money on something that you didn't need, would you? When I asked to cancel the appointment because I didn't need it, she replied "Oh my god!" and just hung up. What kind of service is that to your patients? If they can't be respectful and caring towards their patients from the start, they have no right to be a nurse.
