Sacramento Town homes have ben the worst place that I have ever lived. The office staff was so nice until I signed my lease and moved in. When I moved out they tried to nickel and dime me to death. Not only did they keep my security deposit but the tried to charge me additional money. They are criminals and their customer service and business practices leave so much to be desired. Maybe if they let a few of the 800 handy men they have that just ride around the complex go, they wouldn't have to plot to taken money from their tenants that they do not deserve. If you are thinking of moving there please reconsider, you may be happy now but you won't stay that way!!

Was perfectly fine when I lived there and all utilites included was a def plus love the clubhouse and location is close to everything.. Two mins to hop on interstate, or get dinner great place to be .....

This place has squeeky floors, drafty windows and doors, outdated and inefficient appliances, cracked walls, peeling paint, countertops that are turning back into sawdust, and poorly insulated walls. If you like hearing your neighbors use the bathroom and have sex, this is the place for you.
