      I had the sad opportunity to dine at this establishment on 6/7/13. I was extremely disappointed. I sat and waited for my food for an hour and a half. When the food arrived it was cold and the presentation was terrible. I told the waiter just to wrap my food up and I took it home. I had family members that arrived after me in our party; order their food, eat, packed the left over food and pay before our food arrived at our table.... The manager did not even come over to speak to us....Knowing that the food and service Was Very Poor!!!! on top of that ... I was charged an 18% gratuity for the poor food and service. I will never eat at LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE AGAIN!! The beautiful presentation of the building has to be matched by the service and product...nither one was there.
