Jerry performed our winter service on the heating system and was very professional. He clearly explained everything that he inspected and changed the filter for us. Great service.

Tyson gave us a call when he was on the way and arrived right on time. I really appreciate his professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency in servicing our HVAC unit.

I have been thoroughly impressed by the teams at Kearney and Sons when they have come out to service the units in our new home. They quickly replaced a broken furnace (located in a terrible location in the crawl space), just before it got cold and they installed a wonderful whole house humidifier when we realized there was such a device! everyone from sales to service has been extremely professional and polite. I highly recommend their services to everyone looking for integrity, knowledge, and experience in the company they choose!

I called Kearney and Sons to get a second opinion on my HVAC system. A competitor HVAC tech quoted me over $600 to replace a valve. John from Kearney came out and discovered the previous competitor tech had overcharged the system. John fixed the problem and was very professional and explained what he was doing. I’ll stick with Kearney and Sons!

Let me start off by saying that my entire family has used Kearney & Sons for the past 25 years. Well that will now come to a stop. I was basically screwed by one their management team. I wanted new thermostats. I was charged $1200 for two thermostats that only cost $200 a piece (didn't realize that at the time). Bought them on the stipulation that they would move them for free because we were selling our house in a few months, and that the old thermostats would be reinstalled. Nope, me being naive didn't realize that I should have had him write that down on the contract so there would be no question. Not to mention that the old thermostats were supposed to have been left, so that they could be reinstalled. Nope, they took those. I spoke to the GM, and he stated we rarely do that, and that I should have had the sales guy write it down. I didn't realize that I had to do their sales guys job. Guess I can't trust peoples word. That is probably the most frustrating part. Then he came back and said that he would do it for $500! $500 to move thermostats literally 5 miles down the street, and I would have to buy new thermostats for the home I am selling because they took my old ones. That is a joke. I spoke with another company, and guess what they are only charging me $100. This is horrible business practice. I mean did they honestly think I was making it up. $1200 is a lot to spend on thermostats. Had I known this was going to happen then I just would have waited to get new thermostats in our new house. They would give this place zero stars if I could. However, their tech's are awesome. Super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sad...

I called Keaney and Sons when our air conditioning went out and they sent a tech. So far I am very happy. Our air conditioner was under warranty so it kept the price to labor. We paid for the tech to come out and received a quote for the labor to install the new part. We told the guy that we were going to call around to ensure we got the best price and would call in the morning if we were going with his company. We found a cheaper company and ordered part through them. Kearney and Sons decided to order part (even though we advised going through different company). They called and left a voicemail saying they would meet the other company’s price. We decided if they could meet the price and install sooner since it was hot we would try to go with them. When I called back to pay they wanted to charge the original price! This is bad business practices!!! The cheaper company was having trouble getting the part though so we went ahead and paid the higher price to reserve our install date. The cheaper company ended up getting the part the very next day. I called Kearney and Sons to see if we could still cancel or get the lower rate and the sales manager wasn’t available and the lady answering the phone had no information. This was another time of bad customer service.... I went ahead and asked her to cancel my appointment and let the cheaper company install the part so I could have air conditioning sooner bc it’s 85-95 degrees outside and we have been without air for almost 2 weeks at this point. Then Kearney and Sons calls and advises we owe a restock fee. Seems a little breaks since we didn’t order the part from them EVER! They ordered the part on their own accord and then called to give us the price of the competitor and then REFUSED to give the cheaper price and now want a RESTOCK fee on a part we never advised them to order. WHAT A JOKE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Kearney and Sons have been taking care of my very old (15+ year) heating and cooling system for the last 12 years. Obviously with the age, we’ve had several mechanical problems that always seemed to occur in the worst weather or during one of the holidays. Kearney’s service always made themselves available to come do the needed repairs immediately. Their workers, particularly Walt, are well trained and experienced. Everyone was very conscious about keeping our house clean. They worked quickly and did not try to upsell anything. Their prices are better than the company we used before them. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Fast and reliable service by trained technicians. Customer service agents and technician are always polite and professional. Fees are reasonable for our yearly maintenance contract. Highly recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would do so in a heartbeat!

Needed a diagnostic on ac unit repair. Guy comes out and barely looks in our attic and says you need a new coil will cost about $2000. Barely explains why, so we have to ask questions and doesn't explain in anyway we could understand and acts like we're dumb for asking. Then we pay him $79 for the fee they charge and he said a service tech will call us to come out and look again and give us the final quot e of exactly how much it will be. My ac doesn't work and I call this company for three days trying to get the service tech and no one contacts me or answers my emails. Then I find another company with fantastic reviews that replaces my whole unit outside and coil for $2600. These people clearly don't care!! Horrible experience, don't waste your time or money!
