I hate the hampton cinema cafe location. The tables are sticky, people taking orders standing in your way, ticket stubs are small receipts that fade easily, hard to save them if theyre faded. Food overpricedddddd and not that good. Drinks wayyyyy over priced too, amc for me always.

we liked the idea of dinner and a movie in the same place, but I will never go again because the prices of the food are ridiculous for the quality. I went on 2 or 3 separate occasions and I had my 2 year old with me and he only fussed once, but 5 mins later the manager came and told me that people complained and if he made any more noises, I would have to leave! I could not believe that someone immediately complained or that the manager immediately and rudely confronted me. I have never been asked to leave a theatre nor has my child ever been too loud or fussy in a theatre before or after. I just didn't think that was professional.

I like the idea of them serving food, but you can get better service from Cinebistro. They don't have all the movie showings like AMC. They're very selective.

I like Cinema Cafe and everything, but the waiters take forever!!! And when they finally reach you they be all in your way once the move starts.....Grrrrrr!

The first show of the day is $3. Our waiter was very nice.

Pitiful service. We have gone three times and been disappointed each time with their service. The first time we did not get our food until over 3/4 through the movie, then I did not get the right item. Then it took them over 30 more minutes to sort out that. Afterwards, the server did not come in to collect the bill until after the credits were completely off the screen and the lights were up. We waited 15 minutes for her to get there after the screen went blank. Then the second time, we also waited for a very long time for our food, and received no refills on popcorn. The third time, we waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food, and the entire theatre was dirty. Sticky floors, popcorn on the outdoor halls. Obviously no one had vacuumed for a while.
