I stayed at this hotel during Lobster Fest on September 7th. It was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. No sleep!! There were drunks partying outside our door until the wee hours of the morning. I called the office several times and left messages. I asked the people to please quiet down and they asked me to come out and drink with them. It was scary. I could open my door and touch them, they were that close. In the morning I told management and they said I should have called the police; they did not apologize or offer any adjustment on the $247 we paid to stay there (and not sleep) Even if there hadn't been noisy drunk people outside our door it was not a safe or pleasant lace to stay. There are many bad reviews for this hotel online. We went there on the recommendation of the Chamber of Commerce.

Great location! It only took us a few minutes to walk to the beach. Rooms were basic but clean. We had no problems with management. The heated pool was great for when we got tired of the beach. Overall a very nice experience.

Took my family for a mini vacation and ended up at the beach. We stayed at this motel The Flagship Motor Court at Hampton Beach New Hampshire and I was so impressed with their service and how clean their rooms are. The beds are so comfortable and the staff and administration are so friendly. I'm looking forward into staying there again for memorial day weekend!! I highly recommend anyone to stay there especially because it is so kids friendly and so welcoming besides being so clean!!!!
