I've had issues with giant roaches - the office likes to call them water bugs. At one point I was cooking in the kitchen and one fell from the ceiling! After multiple weeks of pest control, I noticed giant crater-like cracks along cabinets and doorways - some I could even slip half my hand through. After doing the job of fixing the craters that maintenance missed, I saw a significant decrease in the monster size roach sitings. At one point I had a mouse in the apartment. Maintenance didn't see it as an emergency, and came the next day. They used my own peanut butter jar to put in ONE glue trap. After a week of nothing being caught, and cleaning up urine and turd stains from the carpet, I had to go and purchase ultra sonic pest repellent plug ins. The management since I've been here has changed twice, with each change bring in used car salesmen-like management. They're cheap, rude, and do not care to retain loyal customers. Customer no service is the motto there.
