Calvin Center, located in Hampton, Ga., is a year-round camp and conference center, operated as a ministry of the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta. It provides classes and programs on various topics, including freshwater ecology, nature discovery hike, deer populations, paper making and recycling, environmental issues, solar energy and weather, night games and night hikes, astronomy and fungi finding. Its summer camp programs include day camps, music, art and drama camps, elevation conferences, horse camps, water adventuress and pioneer camps. Calvin Center also offers rollerskating, environmental education and basketball. Additionally, the camp offers soccer, boating, canoeing, fishing, storytelling, golf instruction, swimming, archery, kayaking and tennis.
