      Lincoln Trust Mortgage is different than most mortgage companies. We have very low overhead which means we can offer the lowest rates from the many lenders we are affiliated with. We do not charge any so-called "junk fees" which are simply there to get more money from the borrower. We also do not have any "multi-tiered" commission structures which force the consumer to pay higher rates. We offer a FREE credit report and FREE credit analysis to help you build up your credit scores if needed. We will come to meet you when it is convenient for YOU. We handle each loan as if it were written for us! We ask ourselves, if this package were put in front of us, would we gladly sign it? We can always say YES. This is NOT TRUE for most mortgage brokers. They try and get as much out the client as possible and they would never sign the loans they produce for others. When shopping for your mortgage, make sure you understand the TOTAL cost that is being quoted to you, including the rate AND total closing costs. There are a lot of lenders that will quote you a low rate but not tell you that you will be paying an extra 1 or 2 points as part of your closing costs to get that lower rate. With us, it is TOTALLY FREE to originate your loan. When a company charges an origination fee up-front, they are locking you in to use them. They are not going to refund that fee if you go elsewhere.
