I had a motor installed here because another business used them and said they were fair. I used them in the past for small repairs and was ok with them. I got my truck back with most of the bolts loose! Hood had to be tightened after we took the truck home and we wanted to check out the new engine. Maybe an over sight? 6 months later engine running rough! Upon my son checking it out found the spark plugs ALL hand tight installed!! He actually had me watch him take them out with just his hand!! 3 months after that the alternator was loose and one bolt had broken off! This was found after I complained of a loose belt sound!

I brought the truck back to them when the air conditioner wasn't properly working just to be told there was nothing wrong with it. Two days later the clutch on the unit seized up causing the belt to snap. Brought this to another shop for repair due to the shabby work c&c did. 10 months later water pump goes. This part is warranted under the motor since it is internal. Shop suggested I bring it back to c&c because it is under warranty. This is where it gets good!!

C&c says no and offers to do the work for half!!!! Son tells them the motor is under warranty and work do under that to the tune of the wife hanging up! Husband calls back and says "come pick up your truck and slams the phone down!! I call engine company whom is confused as c&c had called and was told the water pump was under warranty!!! I was told to take the truck to another dealer and it would be covered.

Honda called to tell me of the shabby with c&c did on my truck. Bolt in motor mount missing, hose on mount missing, wires put in wrong and the list goes on. Guy is nice enough to list this and other things he found wrong. Will be going to court to have this refunded for another shop doing the repairs!!

Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to have the work done right and stay away from this business!
