I have relied on RH Foster for over a decade to keep my furnace clean and my tank full of clean heating oil. They may not be the cheapest provider but I believe when it comes to home heating you go with the most capable and reliable. That's why I rate them with 5 stars.

Despite several calls to try and verify and update my account, the online site still lists as unpaid payments I made weeks ago. A delivery made on March 6 isn't even recorded yet. I have requested three times that an invoice be left after every delivery, still not being done, although they did mail me the last invoice retroactively.. I like to keep track of my expenses, but they are making that impossible, and don't seem willing or able to change.
