This place is amazingly ran, wonderful management, and great neighbors. Our apartment was so beautifully updated, the kids loved playing with all the other kids on the complex. We also had neighbor bbq's and I will really miss it there.

I have to disagree with the previous rating. I have lived at Colonial Court Apartments in Hammonton for a year now and have had no real problems. My apartment is well maintained and clean. If I have a complaint I go to the super and she deals with it. The only real problem is the parking situation and there is no place for the children to play. They should think about putting in some type of play area with swings, a sandbox or even a basketball court or two giving them something to do. At times you'll see the police ride through but nothing major happening. Maybe a domestic disbute but doesn't that happen everywhere? All in all I would recommend it as a safe place to live, a place to call home!
