Before moving in I looked over the apt. There were missing doorknobs, stains on the floor, the blinds weren't attached, and the entire frame for the dishwasher and sink weren't attached. I was told that everything would be fixed before moving in....nothing was done. After being in the so called "clean" apartment I found a nest of mice behind the fridge don't know how they got there b/c I'm in an upstairs unit. When summertime rolled around the A/C unit went out I called to have it fixed and they told me that they wouldn't be able to get to it for awhile b/c pretty much the entire complex had the same issue. I feel very sorry for the maintenance man b/c he can't keep up with all the complaints and they r overworking him but he's doing a great job none the less. One of the landlords lives in the complex and she's very mean and very nosey. One day I caught her in my apt looking around and she lied and she said she was doing a routine inspection. Another time she stole some of my rent money and I was almost evicted but luckily I had my receipt. She was never fired....have no idea why. Save yourself the trouble and don't move into these apartments.

We recently moved in when we did thought the apartment was great even with new carpets. The price was easily affordable and when you have to call for any problems they come out right away; unlike most places say 24-48 hours.
