I’ve tried this place twice. Both times I’ve sat for an hour plus and I’ve still never had anything done. Definitely will not be going back. If you’re not a regular, don’t expect to get good service.

Excellent service. Never has a problem, everything is always very clean and sanitized. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

La. State license NOT in good standing! Tattoo specialist not certified or trained. As of today, I've spent $300 on botched eyebrow tattoo. They've refused to help me have it removed. Today, I spent $200 on medication to treat a bacterial infection that I have on my fingernails. The management is disrespectful and denied I was even their client. Zero morals or accountability.

Owner is fake, talks rudely about customers, treats employees as favorites and others as subordinates. Re-uses wax to save money which is unsanitary, and obviously makes some customers feel uncomfortable. Additionally, no matter what you would like done, The owner forces employees to push HIGHER priced packages on customers in order to boost sales. All about the owner and NOT the customer. Sometimes-Great Nails other times mediocre to need to go to another salon for a fix up, redo, or touch up. Unpleased.

I personally love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they do an EXCELLENT job. There are so many different services provided and they make sure you are happy. As soon as you walk in the door someone asks you what you need done and they are very friendly, they will answer any questions you have and recommend things for you, and not just whatever is expensive! Also the owner is a very sweet lady, she always greets me personally by name (because I go in there so often because it is a great salon.) Kim, the owner, is also very fair about things that I have seen. My friend came in to get her nails done and she didn't know the difference in two different nail styles and asked for the wrong ones. Kim redid the whole job without extra cost. And the pedicures are the best I have ever had!

I went here today with my aunt and this place was horrible. I never been to a nail salon that was so rude. The owner did her nails and she never asked her what she wanted, she just started doing them and my aunt told her that she didn't want that and the lady said it was too late. Well, my aunt didn't like them and asked her to take them off. She got made and grabbed my aunt by the wrist and clipped her nails all up. So we got the sheriff there and he tried to work to get my aunts money refunded and they wouldnt. They did not care about customer satisfaction at all. They are rude, do horrible jobs, and place their hands on customers. Needless to say the place drills on everyones nails with the same drill tip, so they could have used a tip on somone before my aunt that might have fungus on their nails- Grossss! Oh they did offer to do them the way she wanted for $15 more after she already paid for chopped up, unfinished nails. for a total of $55. I will never go back here and I advise noone to go. Customers should always come first
