The arm of my glasses was broke and the staff was friendly doctor was very helpful in getting new frames service was even faster from my last visit Thank you Vision Quest!! I love my new frames👍
Such a friendly place! Staff and Doc are excellent at customer service, feedback, and retail suggestions. It's not as stuffy as some doctors offices are with the tv on and no one talking or interacting. Overall, super satisfied with my experience.
Worse experience ive ever had at a doctors office. You can tell just how managed this office is run. No one wants to help you and they are incredibly rude and just feel rushed to leave the entire time. They dont place orders when they say they do and over all i would not recommend anyone going here.
