Very Professional atmosphere. Service advisors Felipe Quiles and Ryan Rutherford truly do everything they possibly can to take care of every customer. Definatley the best customer service I've ever experienced at a car dealership service department. By the way, for the person who reviewed before this- if you don't know how to properly type out a paragraph, don't expect anybody to take you seriously.

I am very disappointed with this dealership. I brought my car 2 month ago for an engine light, my car is still under warranty. I asked them to change the front tires at the same time. I get my car a few days later, I drive 1 mile and then I have an "engine fault workshop" engine and EPC light. I could not drive my car anymore (25 mph max). I drove it back and then started the nightmare. They would say they do not know what is wrong with it and they keep giving me back the car. Last night, they ruined my weekend as I was in Philly picking my girlfriend up. My car broke again, same thing EPC light... long nightmare. I still dont know if I will get out of it. I am down with VW and with this place in Hamilton. Also, another details, a few weeks ago, they kept my car for a week, they drove over 50 miles to test it, I got my car back with no gas in it. That shows how cheap and not customer service oriented they are.
