we called to see if they had a part.. they said they would order it and it would be in the next day by noon. He said we needed to pay for it before they could order it. We gave them the credit card info over the phone and he said the machine was down and we would need to come into the store. We got there around 630 and he said that we needed to be there by 6 and so now the part will not be in until the following Tues. This was a Friday so now it's going to be 4 days.. we went on Tues to pick up the part and it was not in... they said they had the paper work but no part! We have paid for the part and it is Wed and we still have no idea what is going on. They did not call us back they did not say they would look for the part just told my son it was not in. I called this morning to find out what is going on was on hold for over 10 mins....they said the part was cancelled then came back after 10 more mins and said it was there they where going to send it back. Very unorganized
