i bought a expensive funeral floral piece -on the ribbon i wanted the time of death and it was not put on the ribbon the lavender roses were brown tipped and some extender shoots were bent i had to break them off before anyone else saw them-called shop and only response i recieved was next time we will be careful - after spending about 225 dollars
