I had been a previous customer , brought my car in for usual oil change in August . They broke my hood latch and cable , and dented my hood when pounding on it to get hood open ! If I didn't run out to bay they would have done MORE damage ! I tried resolving this with BBB , this business gave vague untrue account . Someone from this business contacted me from review on FACEBOOK . They wanted to resolve privately . This woman was rude condescending and blamed ANOTHER business for the damage they did ! Oh , and I was told that the owner doesn't talk to customers , wow , really . You will take our money , but that's the extent of it , crystal clear on that customer service . I see that there are others with an unfavorable rating , hmmm..... draw your own conclusions .......

Their equipment damaged my vehicle. It pushed my car through through the wash at about 20 mph without the brushes running. Tony the 'manager' claimed that there could not possibly be a problem with the equipment, and that I drove the the car through the wash (not true). Tony said that he saw my car go through the wash without being washed and then he had the unmitigated gall to refuse to give me back the $12 I paid for the wash because I did not have a receipt! Their stupid automatic payment machine did not provide a receipt for my cash transaction. (Another equipment failure). If you value your vehicle, and expect any level of fairness on the part of management, don't patronize this business or there's a good chance you'll experience the same damage/ripoff that I did.

This may be the worst car wash of all time. There a plenty of spots that this car wash misses and your car leaves soaking wet. Although the cost of a basic wash is only $5 you are better off not going as with all of the missed spots, soap that isn't fully removed and water spots you car looks worse then when you actually went in. Also, the car wash scratched the door on my car. The only positve about this place are the self serve vacums. $2 for unlimited time is a good deal. They are billed as the "The most powerful Vacums in the World". Will Farrells character from Elf must come up with their slogans. They aren't the most powerful but do get the job done.

Go here for the vacums but by all means stay away from the Car Wash. It is terrible and a waste of money. Your car will look worse then it did before you went in.

Probably the worst car wash I've ever been to. There were plenty of missed spots and the car was still soaking wet after it was over. The cost is only $5 but the car looks so bad I'd have been better off not going at all. Also, the car wash left a scratch on my door. Worst place ever. Do not go here ft a car wash. I'm giving this place a one star rating only because I can't give it a 0 star rating.

I recently brought my vehicle to the car wash at Route 130 Car Wash in Hamilton, NJ. The equipment used damaged my vehicle and the management was extremely difficult, Go somewhere else!

I took my trailblazer to have an oil change there today only because the inside glass view to the car wash would keep my 4 yr old occupied. When I arrived the gentleman greeted me and opened not only my car door but both of my childrens car doors. I asked the man how long just an oil change and fluid top of would take and he said about 20 minutes. So the kids and I proceeded to enter the waiting area (which reminded me of a hotel lobby) and waited for the car to be done. About 15 to 20 minutes later another gentleman approached me and complimented me on how well my vehicle was maintained and began to explain to me that nothing further than an oil change needed to be done. Although he suggested some future items that may need service down the road that they could take care of at the lube express and how much they would run me a few thousand miles down the road. Needless to say, not once did I feel taken advantaged of as a female but I felt complete confidence that my vehicle was taken care of just like I have done in the past with expensive dealership prices! After paying for the oil change, I go outside to my car only to see that not only did they treat me with respect and kindness and did what I asked them, they vacuumed my car too (which by the way needed it big time)!!!!!! So in conclusion to my wonderful experience with them today, I will be returning for future services on my vehicle! Just to top it off I received a FREE car wash too!!!! Thank you so much you guys at Route 130 car wash and Express Lube.... you have an everlasting customer!
