Ridge Hill School has an annual enrollment of more than 350 students in kindergarten through six. The school has a staff of regular classroom and speech teachers, reading specialists, school psychologists and counselors. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as science, music, technology, art, English, math, science, reading, writing, social studies, and health and physical education. The school has a library media center that provides access to online encyclopedias, databases, facts and statistics, dictionaries and thesauruses. In addition, it provides food, transportation and medical care services to students. Ridge Hill School is a part of Hamden Public Schools and is located in Hamden, Conn.
