Harris graduated from the college of engineering Texas A&M university. College station. TX with a BA in mechanical engineering and a minor in metallurgy. In addition to this MR. Harris holds accreditation from the national association of corrosion engineers (nace) AS an International coating inspector level LLL. Inspector certificate #187. MR.
