The absolute Best Vet in town. Throughout the years I have had a few issues with my dog. Everytime I take her in they are right on the money with what is wrong and their solutions work every time. There has been times that I have just had to call and with giving my discription of the problem give me advise over the phone to try 1st. Again right on with getting my dog healthy. They are not all about the money. Very resonable base on other vets and what I have heard from other people. I have referred many people to them and always got thank you's from my friends for doing so.

My pup see's Dr Tillou the son, and reading all these review's about how he is not a compassionate doctor baffles me. He is compassionate he just doesn't sugar coat anything, and I am thankful for that. He never does any unnecessary tests and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. He is always gentle with my chocolate lab and I would never think of going to any other vet. I am thankful I found Dr Tillou and will continue to recommend him to my friends and family to take their furry kids.

i love guy tillou. i'd been going to his practice for over 40 yrs. but since his son joined, i will never go back. his son is rude, arrogant and treated my cat and my son's cat so rough and uncaring. the son was not professional at all- so unlike his father. i will miss guy very much but i can't condone his son's work ethics.

I wouldn't take a pet rock to see either one of these so called vets! I brought my boxer there to fix a eye ulcer and he did a hack job. Then told me he didn't think I would want to spend the money for a specialist, I went to that specialist and never to them again!

Have gone to Guy for years. He was always a caring, and pleasant vet. His prices were reasonable and affordable. I left here 17yrs ago and when I came back here I wanted no other vet. I've always trusted him with my pets. I often wished he was in FL. I had one visit with his son. He is a little gruff and does not have his father's disposition, but I did not find him abusive as so many people stated. I'm sure his father would not allow this behavior. I went to the Hamburg village emergency care once and would never go there go there again. They said my dog needed surgery soon for a tumor. When I consulted with Guy I found out there was no surgery needed and no tumor. I spent a lot of my money at the emergency center which I didn't have and I got false information. As long as I am here, I will choose Guy over any other vet.

Older vet nice, I had him for years with my other pets. I am no longer bringing my dogs there due to the son and his bedside manner towards my dogs.I went to him regarding a problem my dog was having. He said he could do nothing about it and said mu dog had to lose weight. WELL I took my dog to another vet a month later cause the problem was getting worse and they said he shouldve been put on medication right away that day cause he couldve died and the problem had nothing to do with the weight of my dog.And the new vet said my dog was not overweight. As you can see now I no longer am taking my dogs to tillou and my dog is doing very well now.

I was going to Dr. Tillou's vet office for a couple of years with my cats. The last time I went I saw the son, Dr Tillou Jr. for the first time. He had no compassion for my cat at all. He handled my cat very roughly by grabbing him by the scruff and flipping him on his side very roughly. My cat was not being aggressive whatsoever, just was scared to come out of his carrier. The vet would not give me a straight answer on how many calories my overweight cat should be eating when I asked him. I tried to share my many concerns over my cat's weight and skin problems of dandruff when he demanded to see my hands to prove that mine were dry at this time of year too. I told him that I have eczema and psoriasis and worked in a field where I am constantly washing my hands so my hands would not be a good example. Before I could also tell him that it was a year long problem with my cat's skin, he threw me, my daughter and my cat out of his office and still charged us for the visit even though we never completed it. The visit before that, my cat was diagnosed with tape worms and treated. When I inquired if my other cat should also be treated I was told no. Now two years later it is showing that my other cat does indeed have worms also (They have not had fleas and they do not go outside and I treat them with Advantage so I am assuming he has had them all along.) This would explain his decrease in activity and appetite and his weight loss. I would not go to this vet again if you paid me and if my cat is sick due to a long term worm infection, I am seeking legal action. Don't even want to give this joke of a vet one star but have no choice. Avoid this vet at all costs if you value your animals health.

I've been taking my dogs and cats to Dr. Tillou for at least 15 years and I love both father and son. Their prices are reasonable and they don't push extra tests or procedures. The woman answering the phone is courteous and helpful. They're always busy but I've never had to wait long to see the doctors. They're both knowledgeable and compassionate and I feel confident with their diagnosis.

I've recently started taking my animals there about 3 years ago and I love it! The two veterinarians working there and the staff are always helpful and curteous. The prices are CHEAP and affordable. I would recommend this clinic to many others.
